added addoninfo file back for ppl who move their mods to addons folder (me)

I fucked the code up and it was only staggering when you were under adrenaline lol, my bad no one reported it and I just noticed it now.

remove useless addoninfo file.

1/3 file size lol

added a immobilization / incap for no stagger animation before incap and a pre-existing stagger check for no double whammies, I don't know if it's needed but decided to add it since it's in immersive fall damage.

Also decreased spaces, removed some stuff for smaller file size :)
