Updated to 4.2

Some origins can no longer be chosen with the World Forgers civics.

Game updated while I was working on an origin, files are left in the game but the origin is currently unplayable.

更新于:10 月 20 日 上午 11:31

Fixed localization for the Dense World modifier.
Dense World modifier now grants +10% alloy production and -20% habitability (the latter has no impact on your species due to the Robust trait).

Adjusted how Tristellar Pact and Small World Afterall handle neighbor removal - both now also remove primitive worlds and avoid artificial systems (such as the Sanctuary system). Code simplified into a scripted effect, no longer nested code blocks.

Added Pyralis Regime prescripted empire (Small World Afterall origin)

更新于:10 月 19 日 下午 5:16

NEW ORIGIN: Small World Afterall
Homeworld:
- Size 12
- Dense World Modifier, granting +15% mineral and engineering research output and +10% planetary infrastructure cost and build time
Bonus trait: Robust
Colonizable worlds are NOT spawned in the opening cluster.

Zro-Touched prescripted empire readded.

Zro-Touched
- Revelation edicts tweaked across the board.
- Some edicts now include maluses or higher Zro costs. This is balanced by auras producing large amounts of Zro.
- Replaced outdated edict descriptions with cleaner, "lore-friendly" versions.
- Fanatic Purifiers can no longer take the Cradle of Souls.
- Cradle of Souls now features its own Revelation edict and is available through the council agenda. Fanatic Purifiers cannot gain this edict.
- Revelation edicts are no longer tied to the “Choose Your Patron” event. They now unlock through “A Revelation”, which triggers 10 years after selecting a patron.
- “A Revelation” is no longer a diplomatic event and now uses a normal event window. Localization updated.

Secluded Paradise
- Adjusted system placement logic: all galaxy sizes now use the maximum scripted distance as the minimum threshold. In practice, this means systems should now spawn a bit farther from existing hyperlanes, reducing overlap.
- Further testing required.

Hive Amalgamation
- Origin now begins with two Unfinished Construction blockers (temporary; will be replaced with thematic variants later).
- Neural Clot Blocker tooltip removed.
- Neural Clot Blocker now applies:
- −33% housing usage
- −4 max districts
- Removal cost: 5000 Food
- Requires Climate Restoration to clear
- Adjusted to better match the Machine World origin.

Future Plans
Create an Optional Rules Submod:
- Machine World origin gains access to a unique council agenda, similar to Hive Amalgamation.
- Hive Amalgamation bypasses the requirement for the Hive Worlds Ascension Perk.
- OR I could add the waive directly to this mod - which would cause an overwrite - and shift the granted agendas and technologies to the optional rules submod.

Update mod page to more accurately represent the mod in its current form.

Double update. Cleaned up Terraforming Pioneer's concepts (expandable tooltips) to more clearly represent the actual effects.

更新于:9 月 28 日 下午 7:56

Quick fix, added forbid_guillis_planet_modifiers to both Tristellar Pact and World Shapers initializers.

Terraforming Pioneers
- No longer removes guaranteed habitable worlds

General Changes
- Changed thumbnail, may change again.
- Overwrites modified to fit the new changes.

Zro-Touched
  • Blocked from use with the Chosen civic, effects are nearly identical.
  • Revelation edicts are temporarily disabled for balance.
  • Shroud menu now available at game start.
  • Empire now gains attunement to the selected entity.
  • Psionic Aura technology granted at game start.
  • Patron selection event now occurs at game start instead of after 10 years.
  • Whispers in the Void replaced with Cradle of Souls for consistency with the Chosen civic.
  • Machines still can't use. I don't really plan on changing this.
  • Minor localization updates.

Hive Amalgamation
- Grants a foundry if missing at game start.

Secluded Paradise
- Fixed planetary features on both starting worlds.

Planetary Metropolis
- Starts with 4 Subterranean Recycling Complexes instead of 2 to avoid early deficits. Lithoid and machine empires benefit most from this change.

更新于:8 月 30 日 上午 1:50

Hive Amalgamation
  • Now gains a 15% tech progress towards Biological Planetary Integration upon researching Terrestrial Sculpting. This tech provides +20 leader lifespan and the ability to transform planets into hive worlds. Note, spawning districts still remain locked behind the ascension perk, though for other reasons, this ascension perk remains worthwhile to pickup.
  • Alongside the technology bonus, gain access to The Great Spread Council Agenda, granting +7% Pop Growth Speed as an initial modifier and +15% launched. Upon using this decision for the first time, gain +15% tech progress towards Ecological Adaptation.
  • The Great Spread additionally grants 200 Unity for every 100 Spawning Drone jobs maintained across the empire.

Secluded Paradise
  • Breaching the Portal Special Project now has a proper description.
  • AI are no longer given the wormhole travel tech for free after a couple years. This is to prevent them from claiming territory across the galaxy too quickly. We will see how this impacts their starts.
