Fixed some images and G1 rules.

Fixed the 'Date Won' dates on inactive titles so they don't show long vacant runs.

To fix in existing saved games : open the editor and set the 'Date Won' date for all inactive titles to the same date as 'Debut Date'

Had somehow accidentally deleted Kenta Kobashi and Jun Akiyama. Have re-added. Also fixed Duane Gill's WWF disposition.

Fixes for those who have already started:
- Import Kenta Kobashi from this new version to your save
- Import Jun Akiyama from this new version to your save
- Change Duane Gill to Heel in WWF
- Import imagees for the above three workers

The Undertaker and Paul Bearer were set to 'face' by mistake. Now fixed.

Fixed a slight bug where Hulk Hogan's WWF Heavyweight Championship reigns weren't linking to his worker profile. New version has this fixed, but if you're using an old version just use the editor to assign the existing 'Hulk Hogan' WWF title reigns to the 'Hulk Hogan' worker.

Added a few missing images.

Fixed some networks that should have been set to inactive.

Simple fix if you've already started your save - just turn any networks that have a debut date after 01/01/1992 (or the day you've reached) to 'Inactive'

Added missing default commentators.
