- Fixed several minor bugs, standardized armaments at 1985-86 for pre-VLS ships, 1995-96 for VLS ships.
- Rebalanced Orendan fleet, size is now more reasonable and realistic.
- Added unbuilt Slava-class cruisers
- Sovetsky Soyuz-class battleships
- Joseph Rochefort-class AEGIS destroyer
- Arleigh Burke-class Flight I through IIB
- Max Leslie-class frigate
- ABL Spruance
- VLS Ticonderoga
- Updated Cambridge to VLS 2.0
- Added UGM-96 Trident SLBM for Ohio-class SSBN
- Added PLAN units (Nanjing, Guangzhou, Haihong, Anshan, Zhenqi, Zhongyuan, several submarines) and aircraft and weapons.
- Added Chinese, Egyptian, Greek submarines.
- Removed "bloat" units that did not anything to the mod, or conflicted with lore.
- Added major lore, see Steam page for Lore Dossier and Map.
