Hotfix for Blighted Ovum and C.H.A.D.

Fixed a ton of starting ihealth/tems/pickups/familiars info for all of the vanilla characters.

Improved modded character compatibility

Characters should now appear with their default items (unless overwritten by another item).

Implemented some compatibility for modded characters.

Included fixes for Jacob and Esau's health and item distribution.

The mod will no longer overwrite room clear rewards in regular runs.

The mod will no longer override character choices in regular runs.
