added 4 fools: the Delinquent, the Paramour, the Pickpocket, and the Assimilant.\nThe Forgotten now has fixed tooltips, a portal image, a unique animation, unique sounds, and no longer has Cadence cuz I realized that was kinda silly.\nChanged a couple other minor things.
