1、修改了龙帝之槌的弹道数据，现在龙帝之槌可以正常打击到480射程内的敌人了
2、将火弩流星箭的射程从160增加到了200，非破甲伤害从18增加到了20，现在更适合用来打击敌方弓箭手
3、为震旦其他派系增加了红标精英兵招募机制
4、降低了一些车营部队的招募费及维护费
