[/] i THINK i fixed Blade of Justice dropping on DI down

sorry i had to ask bonehead to give me the files back

[+] new super: Blade of Justice
- the Justice eye doesn't do anything yet

[-] reduced aerial Blade of Shadow's hitstun, bleed time and opponent hitlag
[#] attacking eyes will now wait until blockstun is over. only when attacking, not when travelling
[#] bleed damage should no longer kill

[+] more people get more cool names

[+] added an intro

[#] fixed workshop portrait image

[+] placed on the workshop

[+] added more base sprites
[-] activated Judge Eyes will deactivate when hit
