Hotfix update especially when the game updated

Update v2.3:
- added G36, Fort 221
- added boltcutters and tec torches to SSO

Sorry for the long wait, i had other priorities.

Airstrikes are fixed now but be carefull on crowded or really large maps which may still crash the game.

Update V1.8 "Fire Support"
- Added Fire support to the GUR element
- Mortar, Artillery and Helicopter Strikes
- and a bunch new firearms have been added too
