can't jetpack during respawn_taunt


since you're here, here's the exact conditions for being able to use photon jetpack:

airborne, jump button down, jetpack fuel is above 0, vertical speed is less than or equal to jetpack's max speed (technically greater since vsp is reversed), 10 frames have passed since your last jump, not in state_cat hitstun, not in match start, not respawning, not dead, not air dodging, not in hitstop, and newly added: not respawn taunting
