changed the orange mountains to look less out of place

fixed fog for the l4d2 maps and made chimi's fog work for the skybox fog properly.

quick fix

Removed death toll cc's after complaints of it looking odd. Replaced them with the basic ones used for No Mercy. If someone reads this, add me so you can give me some tips on color correction.

Realized I accidentally put the skyline script in my other mod. Whoops! Added it here instead.
