Added pipes to the list of items it supports and also made bio crystals burnable if you have them in cargo pipes but generators that use them are not published yet

breaking change. pipes pass though building to top and bottom. need to replace IN/Out buildings already in game if not and you use pass though on them it will crash as pipe is not there. Also a number of improved icons with more coming
