Multiple Rebalances, Listed Below:

Stats Growths Rebalance
Defense and Dodge were change to 0, but now allows Hidden Potential of up to 2 per level

Abililtes Costs were rebalanced to now have actual trade offs
Free Pistol Shots now cost 40 if not chosen for level up
Bullet arts upgrades now cost 40 if not chosen for level up
2 Abilities Changed to 25 for being stronger than normal.
Hopefully this help keep class balance
