Added some new skin and marking colours (Cinnamon, Lemon-lime, Orange for skins, Brown and Sky Blue for markings)
Added the rest of the adjusted hats and recipes for the Serperior Fitting Station
Added the Serperior Mannequin so you have something to throw your adjusted stuff on
If there are missing recipes, either the hat did not need to be adjusted or it got missed. Doublecheck using admin commands that the matching serperior version exists (same internal item name with "serperior" tacked on at the start) and let me know if there's a missing recipe one way or another.
