Added a 'Toggle Dead' button in the Medal Board, it is now possible to give/take dead soldiers medals long after they are dead. (The button does nothing if you don't have any dead soldiers.)
Medal board now displays Nicknames as well.
Reworked my UISLs to hopefully prevent GC crashes, none were reported but you never know. This could have caused new bugs.

Fixed a bug caused by empty strings in the title or description leading to the entire array being misaligned.

HOTFIX: Don't worry about it, Bradford was involved, he wanted some medals for himself.
