- Reduced the frequency of phrase appearances, based on comments.
- Made the selection of shouted phrases random.
- Shortened the phrases so they don't clutter the screen and are easy to read in the moment.

- removed robot cause of voices chaos at GritGate and Bethesda Susa Mechanimist floor

- added 3 factions and increased pauses between cries
