Fixed parenting issue with the screen door, updated some entites to not be affected by physgun and tools gun.

Full Custom Texture Update, Added Lights and Light Switches. Added breakable glass on sliding glass door.

Added Gutters.
Added the following climbable surfaces:
- Under each of the bottom cabinet doors in the kitchen
- Along the inner lip of the door when it's open (black lined texture)
- The ladder to the attic
- The bottom of the entertainment center
- The Legs of the coffee table
- The front edges of the book case
- The inside edge of the closet on each side
- The bed frame on all four corners (skinny side)
- The gutters are climbable.
- You can climb from the gutters to the roof (where the gutters touch the roof edge)
- You can climb the tub in the bathroom near the wall ( not near the sink side )
