reverting the update cuz of inconsistency, you can get game overs on map 1 again

Made it so that the team does not lose lives on the first map. if anything's broken please make sure to yell at me

added some custom ambient music when the round starts to indicate how many lives you have left

edited the continue gain message if you're the only survivor on the team

incredibly minor cleanup, probably doesnt actually change anything
