Athletics Skill Integration: Higher Athletics = more stamina and lower costs, all stamina costs now properly respect Athletics skill
Block Stamina System: Both shield blocks and weapon parries now consume stamina (less than attack cost) configurable in MCM
Fatigue Combat Effects: When blocking with low stamina, there is a chance to drop the shield and dramatic knockdown effect when exhausted
New configuration options for all Athletics and block features
