also moved the extras to a seperate folder on its own, should be inside the main folder itself, no more of that looking around

replaced the pl0x circles with pl0x arrows, just thought it was inconvenient and oh my god i forgot the skin ini for it

added plox notes (in files)
sized up the rank status + keycount
added leaderboard background
slightly tidied up stuff in 7k + skin.ini file
actually put in a description this time, dont get mad at me now
