Moved the rain to the rain mods instead of being native to the 47m so that it could use the optional "rain only in low speed" mod, also a few minor alterations hoping it'll help performance

funny how irl the 47 was a testbed for stuff to be used in future aircraft, and in my project it's a testbed for stuff to be used in future mods (rain for now)

Fixed missiles being shit (thanks Xavier, the Tacview video helped me narrow the issue)

I optimized it as much as I could, but I would IMMENSELY recomend not using all 3 mirrors if you're having fps issues, having all 3 mirrors off does more for performance than i ever could
