-Enabled the GOOD levitation lol
NOTE: Due to the way the levitation is set up in game code, making it a toggleable value is very difficult at my current level of skill. Hopefully this works fine in the interim

- Fixed an issue where staying in camo for long enough would spawn random persistent rifts, even if the persistent rift option was toggled off.
- Added the option to only have a trail when in camo. Menu's a little unaligned, I'll fix it when I have time.

Fixed issue where ripple trail toggle would only update upon restarting the game.
