Added patch to stop stuttering caused by conflict with Broadcast Voicer mod.

Restored music volume adjustments. Testing mod compatibility.

Removed adjustments of music volume until mod conflict is found

A user was experiencing "stuttering" music. I changed the script so that instead of setting the ear muffs to specific numerical values, it now acts as a multiplier of the default volume values. Ear Muffs by 0.3 and Ear Protectors by 0.1.
