Been awhile since last update heres something new

-Walker Drone has gone under a complete rewrite, now uses alot of the vanilla defense bot code should be more fun to use instead off constantly using beacons, Water drone has yet to recieve this change as i want to finish the walker drone first before porting over the code to water drone. still incomplete but functional now ,this also limits the amount of drones per sub. [1 max active]
-Fixed walker drone duplication with drone multitool
-remove material storage crates from wreck loot pool, can still spawn on enemy subs and outposts
-decreased amount of reinforced tanks found in diving cabinets
-increased fab requirements for reinforced tanks from 1 Titalloy to 2 Titalloy

-Fixed an incorrect value with non hybrid extended coilgun ammunition having half capacity of vanilla ammunition causing reduced ammunition amounts. capacities for hybrid coilgun and laser emitter ammo will remain the same.
