FIXED THE ISSUE WITH THE AMERICAN CIVIL WAR BEING BROKEN BY THE MOD

Changed the mod name since the scope is now bigger. Made the Holy land Protecorate skeleton content. Fixed some GFX and added a News event. Made so that Russia can release Assyria as a ally

Fixed everything that was broken in GFX/Events and national spirits. Added new events for capture of territories and a new releasable puppet which you can release after taking jerusalem in a peace deal (tag has only "skeleton" content for now). Some events are still using default game pictures so my next priority is getting all GFX into place
