KAISERREICH 1.5.1 COMPATIBLE (16/10/2025)

PERSONAL UNION UPDATE: Added a event chain for Monarchist (bagrationi) Georgia to peacefuly unite with Russia
TAIWAN UPDATE: Added 2 releasable governments, Free Greece and Free USA (need ideas on more). Cold war time
CZECH KINGDOM UPDATE: Added monarchist Czech releasable
INDIA UPDATE: Added a bootleg version of the Indian rework

Generals, Events, Ideas and new releasable puppets (very WIP) to give more flavour to a Russian Playthrough (mostly monarchist ones, for now).
If you have any suggestions on events, characters, releasable tags etc leave them in the comments

Spoilers bellow:
Major Changes: Added a white peace between Russia and Commie Britain in the same system as German and Commie Britain
Makes civilian economy give bonus to civ building (for every country)
Added Sofia de Bode as General (you get her via event)
Added generals: Romanovisky and Dragomirov back to the russian general roster
Added events, divisions and a general for the Czechoslavak Legion
Added some events for capture of cities and territories and claims on some of those
Added an event for Mannerheim to go to a monarchist Russia (the code here is garbage if anyone has ideias they are welcome to help)
Added a event for the possible change of capital to Russia
Added a relesable Holy Land Protectorate (very WIP)
Added some national ideas that appear after you get some specific territories
Added a way for Russia to release Assyria as a ally
Added a new Grand Duchy of Finland tag
Added a event for Bulak to join Russia as a field commander
Added Ataman Dutov for democratic/monarchist Russia
Broken/weird things:
event 1221 uses a hidden Mannerheim character that is Russian, and separated from the Finnish one (mainly because he is innactive in Finland at the game start and i cant get the character transfer of that one to work)
Name lists for the Czechs are also broken, but the first 5 divisions keep the names even when you change templates
