Fixed Rex Explosion Power location so the explosion now occurs at the character’s current position instead of the spawn point.

Updated AutoRevive Power to maybe actually work?

Reduced Rex's Touch mode charging time from 1.0s to 0.7s for a quicker effec.

Added a 1-second delay before resetting the charge effect when contact is lost in Rex's Touch.
