Another balance change, ironing stuff out more before trying to push out a larger thing I have planned later
-Freya is now more forgiving pigmentwise, and is able to hold onto her Flagellance value more when healing.
-Dunestrollers are now impatient and have a revised moveset, splitting into both parts if taking too long.
-Orpheum enemies have received general slight buffs/changes.
-A handful of items have been tweaked to be more viable.
-Added a frog.

Smallish Balance Changes for the newer party members
-Reworked Adamance somewhat, being more generally viable
-Freya now applies shield in more slots and is treated purely as a DPS for the random fool assignment

Lil bit of Housekeeping:
-Added a config file for allowing final boss unlocks from disabled mods to have a second potential unlock condition (being beating both Osman and Heaven with the appropriate fool). Note that this is disabled by default, and requires beating any encounter to update.
-Slightly buffed the Garden miniboss.

ADDED
-3 new party members:
-Strauss - The Malpractitioner: An unfortunate doctor that applies Static, a status that deals extra damage to attackers
when hurt.
-Freya - The Encased: Forever stuck in an icy mask, dealing more damage as its chipped away.
-Adamance - The Transient: A brittle display of art that paradoxically benefits from its own abuse.
-3 new enemies, one to each area.
-A handful of new items to play with.
CHANGED
-Clergys' abilities have been heavily revised, as I felt the old version was not fun.
-Bell-Ringers have been slightly nerfed to cause less pigment generation.
-Some encounters have been tweaked to be more fair.
-Buffed Wright, allowing for more potential as pigment management, as well as overall consistency.
-Many items have been tweaked to be more fun/interesting.
-Probably some other stuff I forgot oops.
