Updated the sprite for small indicators to make them scale better

- The "Event Spawns" option now also applies to enemies spawned from Reward Plates
- Added the "AmbushSpawnIndicators:AddSpawnData" function for modders to add entity spawn data easier (see constants.lua)

Fixed the DSS menu not working if there are no other mods with DSS menus
