Fixed Boltcaster Expertise's config array

• Fixed some typos and broken icons; made Hold the Line's ability and effect descriptions less same-y.
  
• Stand Against Armies was applying the Defense bonus based on the number of enemies the attacker could see, now it calculates as you'd expect.
  
• Worked on some more edge-cases for Hold the Line, as well as ensuring its dummy passive and the Back To Back effect get properly applied.

Renamed all the perks internally. Sorry if you have actually used these perks somewhere :x
Otherwise, improved localization, changed some values to make the perks more useful, and added 2 new perks. You can read their blurbs on the discussion post.
