Renamed the zone because an area called Train Station already exists in the base game.

Fixed trains so they can't drag you around like the mechs.

Fixed train lights and adjusted train loop. If your game freaks out after a while of playing here, it's the train loop. I'll adjust it again, or have to scrap it because I've had the same trouble with these loops in the past. Think I've got it working this time though.
