Version 1.2.0:
Updated to use Soft-RPCs, meaning it should function fine if not everyone has it. However, it is still marked as high impact in Rain World/RainWorld_Data/StreamingAssets/meadow-highimpactmods.txt for anyone who has used it before.
Slugpup meows are now fully functioning, note that they are handled by the room owner, and there may be a small delay.
Jolly Co-op should now be supported as well. You will no longer be forced to meow as the first player.

Version 1.1.1:
Slugpups can no longer meow when playing online.
Maybe improved mod sync? (I didn't know that was a thing)

Mod testing concludes that it is stable, removed logging code.
