added custom textures for UAZ van and UAZ car

changed HAT and AT kit weapons

heavy AT character had no LODs

rbegrghhghrpmfh.... fixed RKG-3 again...

tweaked rkg-3 because it did 0 damage to vehicles (hopefully i fixed it idk didnt test it just yet)

added rkg-3 anti tank grenade (no74 ww1 grenade reskin)
added Heavy Anti-Tank kit (3 rpg rounds + rkg3 AT grenade)
changed Anti-Tank kit weapon from Mosin to SKS
added a new character mesh for HAT
added a scoped Mosin with smaller zoom for HAT

added LOD models
brightened uniforms
did something else idk xd lol
