- Add the bog tax mult to march duchy building
- Reduce chance of Old Gods believer to build godswood a bit, and reduce greatly if they are barons. this would help with the economy of the north.

- Allow watermills in the bog, as every type of terrain should has at least one of caravanserei, watermill or windmill. and the bog should be similar with wetlands, which allow watermill

- Tweak Lighthouse, Vineyards, and Scholastic Guilds, so that they have correct cost with higher tiers. And in compensations, give them minor buff.

- Buff Godswood line of buildings, especially for Old Gods or people who have weirwood tenet (e.g. Seven Old and New or custom new religion with this tenet).
