Updated some Ammos hopefully Bullets will feel less weak.
Balancing is not my Strong Suit so some of it might be overtuned.

Updated the Portraits and Entities to use the 1.0 Voicepacks.

M110 now has more Ammo options for it's Suppressed Variant.
Also add the LAMG to the Tier One Support
