Removed TWP "support" as it was all using old TWP data, causing later versions of TWP not to apply correctly.
TWP has its own implementation anyway, so I'm just gonna leave it alone.

Added Delirium (Twinblades) support.
Fixed some more errors.

Removed Mafe balance config hooks. It was an unnecessary adjustment on my part and I'm not sure why I added it to begin with.
