I just wanted to say that I am very sorry for the extreme lack of updates. I have not been keeping up with this addon at all.
To make up for it, I added a few small additions you may find interesting!

- Ally Car functions identically to the current Evil Car NPC, however is now your friend instead of enemy!

- Ally and Evil Cars can now shoot Glort Lasers
- Added a new configuration that gives Evil Cars God Mode
- Added a few new voice lines (Idle, Question, Answer)
- Updated NPC Icons to better fit Garry's Mod's theme
- Fixed a couple of subtitle typos

In the future: I'd like to do abit more in terms of Garn47 Content for Garry's Mod!
Besides further improvements to this Car addon, I would like to upload a model pack with several ragdolls and props, along with
official playermodels! I hope that day comes soon!
