Fixed the vehicle mechanics lua, and fixing scripts that Indie Stone broke with the latest update. The update itself changes nothing, just the script wording. Iunno is this is supposed to improve performance or not, but a lot of changes they make lately seem more arbitrary than anything else.

Please stop breaking mods with updates that do very little, and hurry up and push a stable release D:

It was annoying trying to get the removable heaters working properly, so I ditched the idea in favour of heater repair based off the new vanilla lightbar repair.

This was meant as temporary anyway, as I had the recipe for the lightbar done before I'd added a recipe book item.

Similar to the Tire Fix item, this spray can be used to fixed damaged windows.
