B41 version reverted due to issues with the last update

Hotfix no. 2 for B41 because the first one didn't completely resolve the issue

Hotfix to resolve issues with loading the clothing options on B41

Occupational Items Update Pt. 1
(Right now when selecting certain occupations duplicates will exist, they will be fixed sometime in the future)

I'm back fellas

Changes:
- Refactored the code used for changing the lists of clothing options available, this is pretty important because it makes my job of adding occupation-specific clothing easier in the future and makes the mod more compatible with mods that change the options around, and most importantly other mods that add occupations

Note: as part of this change the clothing options may not be sorted alphabetically, it's not an issue but I do have plans to fix that up soon for those who are disturbed by it

Here's a bit of a smaller update but a pretty important one as it fixes the one known issue the mod has
- Fixed issue where certain items saved to an outfit wouldn't load if they shared the same display name as something else in the menu (the fix was copied over from my other mod Character Creation UI Fixes)
- Reverted underwear to being gendered - decided to just keep things vanilla

Tiny update today, had to spend more time fixing one of my other mods:
- Added the red Hawaiian Shirt to the menu for both genders

A cool expansion of different options this time:
- two jackets
- five sweaters and two sweater vests (occupies the same location)
- five rings (all on the left ring finger to limit duplicate menu options)

Made three necklaces available in the character creation menu (female and male):
Necklace - Gold
Necklace - Silver
Necklace - Pearl

All earrings as well as Underpants, Trunks and Boxers are now available for both female and male characters
