- Ball of Tar Stacking: each new copy increases creep size
- Also gives +15% chance of firing slow tears and +30% chance of replacing those tears for freezing ones
- Aquarius Stacking: each new copy increases creep size and damage

- Mom's Purse stacking: each new copy will gulp Isaac's trinkets and spawn one extra trinket on pickup

- Fixed functions related to active items malfunctioning
- Fixed tear-related functions not working cause only one player was considered

- Stacking Flat Stone will now generate extra tears when bouncing on the floor
- Fixed a bug related to MC_PRE_TEAR_UPDATE spamming errors

- Infestation, scapular, empty heart and gnawed leaf now work correctly when there are multiple players with those items

- Now config mod menu and descriptions are generated thhrough a nested table to improve performance

- Stacked item descriptions have been added for those items inside the mod
- Still working on fixing old items not working for multiple players
