- Sinus infection: +5% chance of shooting booger tears
- MucorMycosis: +5% chance of shooting fungus tears
- Glaucoma: +5% chance of shooting concussive tears
- Sulfuric Acid: +5% chance of shooting acid tears
- God's Flesh: +5% chance of shooting shrinking tears
- Explosivo: +5% chance of shooting sticky bomb tears
- Head of the Keeper: +5% chance of getting coins from hitting enemies
- Mulligan: +5% chance of spwaning blue flies from hitting enemies
