Maintenance:
Put textures in their own folder so they have less of a chance to conflict with other addons (including my own lol).

Removed the useless and conflicting fade_green texture.
A couch no longer makes door sounds. In fact a lot of doors no longer make door sounds. In goldsource, not specifying a sound has the door make no noise, unlike in source, where it does. So its now 'more accurate' probably.
