removed hud from the one ring, no idea why it had ammo there lol

now when you put on the ring, all sounds will stop and only wind.wav will play, and soundscapes aswell (make sure you have sv_cheats 1 enabled)

Combined collision hooks, should be fixed completely, no more hook.add conflicts (hopefully)
