-Integrated the new settings available under ARC9 Options / Addon - BOCW menu

1. The sprint multiplier is a toggle now and is disabled by default.

2. Toggleable Custom Slots have been added for external feature addition and is off by default.

The custom slots are:
"bocw_custom_slot"
"bocw_custom_slot_groza"
"bocw_custom_slot_fara83"
"bocw_custom_slot_c58"
"bocw_custom_slot_em2"
"bocw_custom_slot_grav"
"bocw_custom_slot_vargo52"

CHANGING ANY OF THESE SETTINGS REQUIRES RESTART TO TAKE EFFECT.
