- Small issue where my custom spectator locked up and couldn't move past the certain distance.

Added:
- My custom spectator mode that only follows the player (not as good as others, but serves the purpose for my unit)
- Unit blacklisting from Unit's attributes menu in editor

Fixed:
- Issue where death or respawn after being unconscious disables ACE Spectator (if ACE Spectator is used for respawn).

- Added an on-screen text to let you know that you're not dead.
