Another flag list update. The following new flags posted, I hope I'm running out now.

Peru/Peruvian Navy

Serbia and Montenegro/Serbia and Montenegrin Navy (1992 - 2006 country)

Some of the nations have been changed so that all the countries now sort alphabetically a bit nicer.
So now countries will look like this:
Australia (Royal Australian Navy)

instead of out of alphabetical order

Added a massive haul of new flags, details of which I've added to the description for ease of use. Fixed Libya Navy not appearing as well.

Added various new nations Argentina, Yugoslavia and Nigeria.

Updated with new flags; Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Taiwan, Türkiyeflags
