-decisions to attack texas, deep south, and south east
-even more peacekeepers(if you complain more will be added)

note events and decision names are not done.

add a decision for atomwaffen division that tags switches you to the UN

add just one } to a decision so the it fires correctly

fix the very based glitch were the civil war does not kick off because of the UN existing. (everything will happen)
