add garden keeper retexture, tail, and Portrait.

- Add objC_1027(武器・防具屋/Smith), male and female+4actions.

- Add objC_806(学者/Scholar), male and female(4action).
- Set Felmera's gender to female only from xlsx and overwrite Portrait to female.(Male Felmera cannot be generated.)
- Updated male texture. Texture Expand is not supported.
- I've attached a portrait including a male. Use it only if you want it to be the same as your CharaChip.
