- Possibly fixed Spartan Training applying to shotguns, causing the weapon to hit way too hard than intended.

Massive overhaul
- Merist and Pet Rock perk mods are now required
- Swapped the glitchy and awful Bullet Time for a new refined version from the Merist perk pack, Sidewinder.
- Massive change to the tree, Vanguard lost defensive shield perks and gained more offense, also lost implacable baseline and lost unload, shotgun wedding and super shredder shot.
- Guardian Spirit now gives Spartan Training instead of Lock and Load, LnL is now a lcpl perk pick.
- Shuffles in xcom rows, now more useful perks
- Some config file fixes that were throwing out errors

Full respec is required !

- Fixed weird additional xcom row roll (Thanks to Xenathalus for finding it out and reporting it)
- Vanguard pistol row perks no longer have custom xcom row values and uses whatever LWOTC uses.

- Blitz Kick is now a lcpl perk pick
- Vanguards gain Implacable baseline
This was done cuz i discovered that the double perk Slayer of The Eldritch auto assigns blitz kick to primary weapon instead of unknown, hence it resulted in to animation jank.
