-75% clip size

-no random critical hits (maybe)

A new Leadpipe model that solves all the problems I've been struggling with.
It now fully fixes first and third person animations, howewer it still has wrong icon.

Removed missing icons for Kanopy Killer, however it has incorrect icon
(so focus on the names of the weapons, especially heavy's hammer and leadpipe) (WIP)
